William “Bill” Edward Davis, 87, of Homestead, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025. Born on September 25, 1938, in Missouri, Bill lived a life defined by love, dedication, and adventure.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and fought in Vietnam, a chapter of his life that shaped his strength, resilience, and deep sense of duty. After his service, he carried those values into everything he did — as a husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
Bill was a loving human being whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew him. His family was the center of his world. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and supported them wholeheartedly. He was also passionate about travel, always eager to explore new places and experience life to the fullest. An avid golfer, Bill found joy and camaraderie on the golf course, where he spent many memorable days.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Celeste Terese Davis; his daughter, Mary Arco; his granddaughter, Natasha Arco; his stepdaughter, Patricia Andersen; his stepson, Edward Balado; and his grandchildren Kaitlin Amerman, Charlie Andersen, Brandon Balado, Justin Balado, and Isabella Balado. Great granddaughter’s Victoria Amerman and Sophia Amerman.
Bill will be remembered for his gentle heart, his unwavering loyalty, and the love he shared so freely. His legacy lives on in the family he adored and in the countless lives he touched.
