Maurice was a loving and exceptional gentleman who loved his parish and always thought of those most in need. We will miss his smile, stature (physically and as a child of God), and the example he gave all of us through his persistence in serving even when he struggled with his health. He loved to inspire the children to help collect for the St. Vincent de Paul society so those less fortunate could have basic needs. Even when he was really weak, he was thinking of what else he could do for the children of our parish and of going back to attend Mass. What an amazing man!
Thank you for your love and example Maurice, we know your spirit is and will continue to bear good fruit among those who had the privilege of meeting you.
To his children and family, it is needless to say for you know the great man whose bloodline you carry - may Maurice's love of family, community, and yes...the Dolphins, be a lasting legacy for generations to come.
We are so sorry for your loss, but are confident Maurice is rejoicing and celebrating in that promised castle our Lord prepared for him.
with much love,
Greg, Antonella, and Antonio
We are very sorry for your loss. We never got to meet him, but his example showed in the kind of sons he raised. Both Danny and Gary are a testament to his values, and great kindness toward all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Grondin family.
