Javier was one of a kind mortgage broker. Very pleasant .easy to work with . Charming personality and a big heart. Very good teacher. Always willing to help realtors. It will be hard to find a broker like him. So long my friend . I will miss our long financial talks and your problem solving skills. Rest in peace!
I will always remember my esteemed colleague Javier for his contagious smile, his passion for helping our students learn and grow, his kindness and his generous nature. He always went out of his way to help those in need, whether at MDC or in the community. I'll never forget how, a couple of years ago, he introduced me to a women's shelter that was seeking donations. It gave me such pleasure to be able to donate many of my late sister's things to them, knowing they would go to good use. That's just how Javier was -- always thinking of how to help others and make their lives better. It was a privilege to have known and worked with him, although our time together was far too brief. To his wife and children, I extend my deepest sympathy; you all are in my heart and prayers. Javier, may you rest in peace, my friend, and may your memory always be for a blessing.

I love you Javy. You were my brother. The day I was stabbed, you came through the fray to protect me. You literally heard my call and came running like a freight train; woe to anyone that got in your way. Later you taught me how to navigate the corporate world, so I could support myself. You practiced my interview skills over and over again, combing through my resume with a fine toothed comb. You gave me the confidence I could learn programming. You taught me computers and even spent an entire Sunday doing my Java project. You could be so selfless and loyal. The amount of epic times we had were more numerous to write. We started in McGlannon as black sheep. You even stumbled a bit along the way. Yet like Phoenix from the ashes you went from College dropout to a PHD with an MBA, within a few years. In a STEM field by the way! Not some humanities garbage discipline. (I know your laughing about that). You blew past the naysayers. Your instinct was to win, eliminate anyone who is in the competition, destroy your enemy and move on without any kind of hesitation at all. Anyway Javy, I’m sorry and sad that your gone. I am going to miss you. Everyone is going to miss you.
