Hannelore was a very special person who excelled at all her endeavors. I first met her when she was the fashion director at Burdines, Florida where she produced fashion shows with a special flair that drew large crowds of happy customers. She had a beautiful way with words and spoke with elegance and grace about the newest fashion trends.
Later we met again at the Coconut Grove antigue show where I was helping my mom and they became friends also. At that time, I suggested she become a guiding docent for the Lowe Art Museum and we spent many Thursdays enjoying the refreshments, exhibits and training. Those were wonderful times and memories.
We kept in touch over the years and she would always share her good times at the museum .
Thank you again for being a fine example of elegance and grace in a difficult world you will be missed
