Farah, Emile Naim, 61, 02/25/1956-05/20/2017.
Moved to Miami in 1982 from Flint, Michigan, where he immigrated to, from the Holy City of
Jerusalem, the place of his birth.

reuniting alumni all across the world.
A Successful Business Owner and CEO of The Farah Group Company, which includes U.S.A. Lending

Cousin enjoyed motivating others and was always looking to help the less fortunate; this included
volunteering weekly at the Easter Seals of South Florida, and so much more. He was always looking
for his next project. He loved traveling internationally, where he also participated in many
philanthropic activities as he enjoyed doing here in Miami. He was very active in Sister Cities, served
as a Member to the City of Miami Mayor's International Council, and was also appointed by the Mayor
as Special Ambassador to the City of Miami.
Emile was known as an active leader in his local and church community. He had an intense sense of
duty to his family, friends and all humanity where he always went the extra step to help others as well
as teach them to help themselves. This was his mission. He made all those he met feel like family, and
so he became “Cousin” to all.
Emile was also known as a lover of life and a lover of music and art. He also loved taking pictures.
Emile is survived by wife Zena, Son Nader, and Daughter Sama, Brothers John and Francois, Sisters

big bright ray of sunshine. His positivity and hope touched so many lives, he continually encouraged
