My deepest condolences to the Blanco and Cornell family.
Debbie was a part of our family since she was 12 years old. She and my daughter Cheryl became friends and were inseparable. This wonderful friendship would continue throughout their lives.
I have many memories of Debbie being at our home for birthdays, holidays, swimming and joining us for outings and vacation. I enjoyed watching them participate in many activities like cheerleading and sport events and was happy they were able to share in a trip to Germany for 6 weeks as exchange students.
One of my favorite memories was when they had to make and decorate a German style cake for a class project. That was a lot of fun to do.
Debbie was a part of all of Cheryl’s important moments and Cheryl in hers. Through adulthood they could always count on each other to have the others back.
Our family has many memories of Debbie. She was kind, funny, someone you could count on, a hard worker, strong and very brave throughout her battle with cancer. Her passing has been hard to accept by our entire family.
Our family loves you so much Debbie and we are missing you terribly. Rest in Heavenly peace.
