Baby Zion Armando Guillen Edwards' Obituary
Some people only dream of angels, we held one in our arms.
Zion Armando Guillen Edwards was born a sleeping angel on July 29, 2021 at 4:20 pm in Miami, Florida. Following a blessed and perfect pregnancy, the cord that gave him life quietly ended it during early labor. After birth, parents Christel and Marcus held him in their arms and snuggled him close to their heart. Baby Zion had the softest cheeks, perfect lips, a head full of hair, and long fingers and toes. He had beautiful features of both mom and dad.
Surviving parents are Christel Guillen and Marcus Edwards. Surviving siblings are his sister, Camila Edwards, and brother, Elijah Edwards.
Surviving grandparents are Cyndy Ramirez Clark and Lee Clark, Juan Guillen Luna, and Margaretta Boyce.
Baby Zion was also loved by paternal aunts and uncles, Ray and Sharlee Edwards, Johnathan Edwards, and Monique Falloon; and by maternal aunts and uncles Cynthia Guillen, Alexandria Clark, Adam Clark, and Jagger Guillen; as well as paternal and maternal cousins Jayla, Phoenix, Zoey, and Jayden.
Baby Zion was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ray Norcliffe Edwards and his maternal great-grandmother, Ana Emilia Ramirez. Zion will be surrounded by other babies and loved ones in heaven, as his great-grandmother gave birth to three angel babies.
A memorial service will be held on August 11th, 2021 at 2 pm at Van Orsdel Funeral Homes located at 4600 SW Street, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
