WYNTER NATHANIEL MALCOLM's Obituary
Wynter Nathaniel Malcolm was born Dec 29, 1947 in Hanover, Jamaica West Indies. Wynter affectionately called “Mally” by everyone who knew him was the third of four children born to Zetta & James Malcolm.
Before migrating to the United States, Wynter was employed by J.Wray & Nephew in Kingston as a custom agent.. In 2010 he migrated to the United States to join his wife, Alverna (Ruby) and two daughters Donna and Jheanelle in Miami , Florida. While living in Florida, he was employed by a number of firms in the Security business, where he took his quality personality with him from Jamaica, as one who had a strong bond with his colleagues and management alike. His tall dark handsome statue made him easily distinguished as a person with authority.
Malcolm also had a great sense of humor. He always had an infectious smile for everyone. He was very close to his baby daughter, Jheanelle and was like a dad to her classmates.
One of his favorite answers to someone asking him how he was doing was “I am easy like a Sunday morning,” the title of one of his favorite songs by Lionel Richie. He was one who loved the occasional past time of dominos with his friends while enjoying the good old songs by Beris Hammond and other music in the late 60s and 70s. His friends found new life when they hang out with “Mally”
He leaves cherished and loving memories with his dear wife Alverna (Ruby) of 43 years, his daughters Janet, Donna, Jheanelle, his only son Donovan, granddaughters Abigail and Makayla, grandson Austin, sons-in-law Scott Stone and Anthony Fong as well as brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and close friends.
He will forever be missed, but comforted in knowing that he has transitioned into another realm of existence to be with the Lord. May his soul rest in peace.
