WILFRED RAYMOND BEAUREGARD's Obituary
Wilfred R. (Bill) Beauregard, age 85, of Miami Florida, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2016. He was born March 6, 1931 in Pawtucket, RI. He was a Marine Corps Veteran and served during the Korean War. He was married for 58 years to Catherine Almeida, also of Pawtucket RI, where he started his family and co-owned an automotive business. He moved to Miami in 1970. He worked for Williamson Cadillac for 23 years. He was a grateful recipient of a heart transplant in 1995. Bill was a member of Miami Elks Lodge #948 and American Legion Post-31. He was a generous friend and helped many people. Bill was lovingly referred to as “The Car Doctor”. He enjoyed watching baseball, football and going to NASCAR races. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine A. Beauregard; Brother, Robert (Eileen) Beauregard of Colorado Springs, CO; Brother-in-law, Richard (Pauline) Almeida of Ocala, FL; Son, David Beauregard of Miami, FL; Daughters, Mary (Jeff) Hale of Birmingham, AL and Ann (Tony) Jedlinski of Miami, FL; Grandchildren, Jonathan Hale, Christopher Hale, Ryan Jedlinski and Megan Beauregard; and many nieces and a nephew who lovingly referred to him as “Uncle Sonny”. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and uncle.
He was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12125 S.W. 107th Avenue, Miami FL, 33176, where his funeral mass will be held at 9:30 am on November 3, 2016.
