VINCENT DWAYNE TURK's Obituary
Vincent D Turk, age 54, of Miami, Fl went home to be with the Lord, February 10, 2017. He fought valiantly with cancer for 8 years.
He was born in St. Charles City, IL., December 9, 1962 and was adopted by Ralph and Jeanne (Stalker) Turk of Joliet, IL.
He graduated from Christian Heritage College in 1986. He was previously married and had two children, Matthew and Michaela Turk. He married Karen (Bruxvoort) Huizinga on May 19, 2006. He is survived by his wife, 2 children and 6 step-children, Kelsey, Alexander, Zoey, Fasil, Aliyah and Xavion Huizinga, his mother, his sister Sheryl La Pierre and nephew, Johnny.
He was deeply loved by his family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, it is our family’s wish that donations be made payable to Baptist Health Foundation, to benefit Cancer Patient Support Services at Miami Cancer Institute.
