VICTORIA R. MOORE's Obituary
MOORE, Victoria Rosalind (age 96) of Miami, Florida, went to be with the Lord on October 12, 2015. She was born in Georgetown, Guyana; resided in Miami, Florida; and was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Nathaniel Moore (of Georgetown); her parents Samuel and Muriel Nurse (residents of Lodge Village); and one daughter Suzette Moore Benn (of West Hartford, Connecticut). Victoria was a member of Ebenezer AME Church (Guyana) and West Kendall Baptist Church (Miami). She is survived by her children Agatha Carole Haynes, Joseph (Jimmy) Moore (Judy), and Grace Moore Ali (Oscar); grandchildren Bradlee Benn(Jennifer), Asgar Ali (Natasha), Joslyn Moore Duncan (Jeffrey), Joseph R. Moore and Rasheed Ali (Typhani); great grandchildren Justin Benn, Julian Ali and Jeffrey Duncan II. Her memorial service will be 7:00pm Monday October 19th at West Kendall Baptist Church, followed by a repast in the church breezeway and cremation by Van Orsdel Chapels & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, Victoria requested donations in her honor to the Building Fund of Miami Baptist Church,14955 S.W. 88 Street, Miami, Fl. 33196
