77 of Miami, FL and Jamaica, passed away peacefully at home on January 25, 2014. He was the former owner of Litre Auto Rebuilders, Miami, FL. Victor is survived by his mother Nora Chin; his wife Kay; son Kevin and his daughters, Kristina Lee and Stephanie; daughter Karen Lowe (Michael) and their children Shawn, Krystal, Heather, Aston; son Mark (Trina) and their son Nolan; daughter Marcia Hoffmann (Eric) and their sons, Aaron, Jason; brothers James(May); Orrett (Debbie); Richard(Patricia);
Robert(Susan) and sister Pamela Sabdul (Victor). PRIVATE FAMILY BURIAL.
