Thomas Frank Daniels' Obituary
Daniels, Maj.Thomas Frank, USAF (Ret.), 70, lost his valiant battle with pancreatic cancer, on September 2, 2011. Predeceased by sister, Joan (Gilchrest) and daughter, Heather Marie. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne, son, Craig (Aleasha), daughter, Roschen (Tony) Martin, grandchildren, Madison & Sydney Daniels, Devon Connelly, Anthony, Danny & Nicole Martin, many special nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends. Born Sept. 6, 1940 in Chicago, IL but grew up in Miami, FL. Miami-Jackson HS (1958). Enlisted USAF in 1958 earning Navigator Wings thru the AF Cadet Program. B-52 Master Navigator, Mach 2 B-58 DSO, AC-130 Gunship EWO in Vietnam, Retired 1977 With 2 DFC and 4 Air Medals, BS from Wright State University & Troop 234 Scoutmaster in Beavercreek, OH, State of Florida and private sector Medicare Fraud investigator. Avid photographer, Coral Gables resident for many years. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Tom’s honor to Lustgarten Foundation, Cure Pancreatic Cancer, at www.lustgarten.org. Viewing Thursday 6-9 pm with services the following day at 10 am at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES. Burial to follow services at 2:15 pm at South Florida V.A. National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL
