Dearest Mrs. Oscar, Barbara, Sandy and all your family...I am so sorry for your loss. I pray that God blesses each of you the peace that passes all understanding. My memories of Mr. Oscar are of the quiet, gentle, patriarchal leader of the family. He was always by his wife's side and in attendance at every milestone in his girls lives.
