Shirley Ann “YiaYia, Agiero”. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother died on her 83 birthday Monday Jan. 5, 2015. Shirley was born in Watertown NY and resided in Miami where she met and married the love of her life and best friend Michael Ceasar Ritsi who together raised their 9 children, 10 grand children, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Agiero, was an active member of the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral where she embraced the faith, language and culture. YiaYia retired as a bookkeeper and was an excellent seamstress who is loved and will be greatly missed by all. Visitation 5-9 PM Thursday with Trisagion 7 pm at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES CHAPEL. Funeral Service 10 am Friday at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral. In Lieu of Flowers, please make donations to the Cathedral in her memory.
