We have just earned that Ron has passed away. Grin was one special doctor, loved his craft, loved the water and loved life. We date back to Ron at JMH from the ‘70’s. He was one special dude in every regard. His work with NOAA and deep diving recovery from the bends was special. Ron would ride his bike into the hospital and would have done the c same with his windsurfing board if there was water. He was an administrator’s delight. My wife, Sudd as ie, worked with him for years in the OR with Ralph Millard and I dealt with his fun approach to life. Rest In Peace, my brother, Susie and Jay Weinstein
Ron,
I miss you every time I think of windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, the Florida Keys and Friendship, In your memory I try to tell at least one of our favorite jokes every day. You live forever in our best memories.

Ron is one of the first anesthesiologists I met when I arrived in Miami in 1972. Our professional lives intertwined for the next 40 years. Ron will be missed by all.
I posted a photo of him which I took 10 years ago. Let me know if you would like a print.
