I miss you Papi..I hope I get to see you in heaven one day. Seeing you again will fill my heart with happiness again. I love you, and just saying the Vikings are going to win the Super Bowl for you this year.

As you know, when we would all get together we would magically digress to childhood and relive all the great moments we shared while growing up. Most of my memories begin with and have Robertico in them. There are so many stories that can be defined as one-liners and everyone will understand immediately what I’m talking about and begin to laugh either to themselves or right out loud. For instance, “Say goodnight, Arnold.” “Cuidado con las flores.” “Arnaldito, tu te vas?!” and we cannot forget, “MOO!” .
I will always remember Hobetico with love and treasure all the fun and laughter we shared. He always thought up such scathingly brilliant pranks. He could really make a great shit bomb. His own recipe—he was really proud of it. He always told me that I was not his cousin. I was his sister. So technically, he is my brother from another mother. Even though we didn’t always agree on some things, we always loved each other warts and all. I will miss him terribly.
Rest in peace, my brother—Hoosie, out.
I will miss you. Always a friendly face and good conversation. Glenda
