Richard C. Houstoun's Obituary
HOUSTOUN, Richard C., born in Miami on March 20, 1926, died in his home on August 25, 2010.
He attended schools in Miami, Fl., and graduated from Georgia Tech. He retired from Gables Engineering in 2001. Richard was a member in the Coral Gables Country Club, Elks – 948 Lodge and the Army – Navy Club.
He was predeceased by his wife Dawn and brother O. K. Houstoun. He is survived by his wife Dolores, sons; Mark (Lia), Fred (Joanne), Matthew (Andrea) and step-Daughter Julie Tyler, grandchildren; Laren, Lorcan, Elizabeth, Robin, Alicia, Kaiya Houstoun and Sean and Jessica Simon. His nephew O. K. Jr. (Linda) and Charles, David and Stephen Houstoun. No Flowers Please. Private services were held for the family. Dolores would like to invite family and friends to stop by their home on Tuesday Aug. 31, at 6:00pm to toast My Friend, My Love, My Southern Gentleman – Richard
