My heartfelt condolences to Diane, Pam and all of Wayne’s extended family. He was a dear friend. Mark Sibley
Our family is very saddened by Wayne's passing. We send our love, prayers, and condolences for Dianne, Pam, Amy, Jon, Kenneth, and all who knew and loved him. His gentle, gracious, and loving presence will be missed by all of us. His passing leaves a vacuum in our Rafter family. We are so proud of Wayne in so very many ways. We know he is entering Heaven on the wings of angels for his goodness and caring. RIP dear cousin. We love you always!

My deepest and most heart felt condolences to Diane and all of those that Wayne left behind. Wayne will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was always quick with a smile and tried earnestly to make you feel welcomed. In the nine years I knew him he had a huge impact in my life, and i will ever be grateful. He was a true friend and will deeply be missed. He will live on in my heart and I look forward to the day we meet again. The "Tribe" lost a great member, God Bless you my friend.

My condolences to Wayne’s loving wife, his family, and all of us who had the pleasure of getting to know him. Wayne has played a major role in my life over the last four years, a beautiful soul always willing to reach out to help someone in need. His encouraging words, and empathy, always landing exactly where they were needed. Wayne did not shy away from expressing gratitude and always made you feel like he was genuinely happy to see and speak to
you. For the tribe of brothers as he lovingly called us, this is a major loss. I will miss Wayne for a long time, his absence will be felt, but there is some comfort knowing that he has ascended to the greater conscience. May he rest in a continuation of the Peace that he was able to find and share with all of us. Love you Bud, till we meet again.
