I did not know Mr. Villalba but I have the pleasure and honor of knowing his daughter Victoria and his granddaughter Vicki. I know that he had to be a very special person because he raised such a beautiful and caring daughter and because his granddaughter absolutely adored him. Victoria and Vicki, my heart hurts for you as I known you will miss him terribly but try and take comfort in the fact that he is in heaven with our Lord.
