Rachel C. Kommer's Obituary
Kommer, Rachel 94 years young, the beloved mother of Laurence A. Wanshel , an attorney in Miami-Dade County and Marc W. Wanshel, a retired business economist living in New York and Fort Lauderdale, beloved mother-in-law of Linda Wanshel, and grandmother of Elyse Wanshel and Samantha Wanshel of Miami, died on May 26, 2011. Mrs. Kommer was a gritty cancer survivor, who never shied away from offering her well-intentioned opinions, will be sorely missed by all those who were lucky enough to have known her. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Van Orsdel Kendall drive Chapel on Wedensday June 1, 2011 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m with a fumeral service at 1:30 p.m.
