PHILLIP N. WARE's Obituary
WARE, Phillip Neal born in Miami, FL. On 4-17-28 passed away on 10-14-16. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Patricia, his devoted daughter and son, Susan Burns of Miami, FL and Jeffrey Ware of Alachua, FL. He was predeceased by their first daughter, Stephanie. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Catherine Ware of Branford, FL, Nieces and nephews and many wonderful, caring friends. He was greatly loved as a husband, father and friend and will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to a charity of your choice. A visitation will be on Sat. 10-22-16, 11:00am – 11:30am with a service at 11:30am at Van Orsdel Coral Gables Chapel. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Park North Cemetery, Miami, FL
