Paul P. Fassbach's Obituary
FASSBACH, Paul Sr., native of Miami, passed away on March 24 surrounded by loving family. Predeceased by daughter, Cheryl, he was survived by devoted wife of 57 years Frances, daughter Theresa (Bruce), son Dr. Paul Fassbach (Karen), and 5 grandchildren (Victoria, Brittney, Paul III, Kenneth, Emma) and great-grandson Justin, as well as sister Maryann Monday and brother H.L. (Pete), and numerous nieces and nephews. He served in the Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Upon his return, he worked in the family business (Fassbach Electric) until his retirement.
An avid traveler, he particularly enjoyed his “walkabouts” with his family. A very generous and devoted husband and father, he was a friend to all, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him and his contagious smile will never be forgotten.
Friends may call Friday (today) 7-9 PM at the Van Orsdel Coral Gables Funeral Chapel. Mass of the Christian Burial Saturday 10:30 AM at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church. Interment: Woodlawn North Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 8405 NW 53rd Street, Suite 101, Miami, Fl 33166
