Shocked to suddenly see this- my sailing friend, wonderful times we shared in the Galapagos Christmas 2000.
I'm so sad. This is my Aunt Pat. My Father's (Richard) sister. She is so special to me. We used to write and call occasionally. We were in the Air Force and moved quite a bit. The last time I saw her was in 2004. This was right before we moved overseas. She stopped corresponding with me some time ago. I've tried to get in touch with her many times, but to no avail. My Aunt Faye did tell me that she was suffering with dementia. Oh how I thought I would see her again! I'm helping my mom move and we just happened to come across this pastel painting she did of me when I was about 13. So today I thought I would just google her name. This obituary popped up. How terrible to find this news. My dear Aunt Pat, I loved you more than you will ever know. You inspired me so much. I loved your sweet way with my children. You always were wonderful to me. I miss you and will always miss you. All my love my dear aunt. - Catherine Goldman Smith
Happy memories of my dear friend and client Pat. We enjoyed Women’s Bible Studies, Women’s conferences, Interior Design projects, shopping, coffees, lunches, especially our birthday lunches and our Southern connection!
I will miss her friendship and sweet spirit.
