It was deep sadness and sense of loss that I learned of Norma's passing. It was my distinct honor and priveledge to have known her. I challenge myself each day to approach life with the focus on optimism and appreciation that she displayed. My heart and prayers go out to Fran and her family.

I was so very sorry to learn about your beautiful Norma. I have so many wonderful memories of our short friendship in Knoxville Delta Resv. Just the mention of her name brings a smile to my face. She was the sweetest,kind caring person and she loved to laugh and joke. I am thankful for having known her.

I am truly sad about the news of Norma's death. I worked with her at Delta when she transferred to Knoxville. She was a breath of fresh air and brought smiles to so many faces.
