Anne and the Eskra family, I just found out today about Mike's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was such a special person to me. I will always be forever grateful that he gave my fiancé Stan Nebinski (at the time) a chance in the insurance industry and was a sincere role model for his future productive career as a DI brokerage manager. Dear Anne and Eskra Family,
My deepest sympathies with you all during this difficult time. Please know you are all in my prayers. Mike was such a wonderful person to work for. We will miss his greetings as he walked in the office..."Top of the morning to you," he would say, his smile, high-fives, and the way he made each and everyone of us feel important and appreciated. We all have many fond memories of him.
Please know, even though you are all fully aware, that he loved you all very much and was always talking about his family, his bride, and of his kids' accomplishments. He just lit up every time he mentioned you all. He was a very kind-hearted and thoughtful man, and I can only feel blessed for having known him and worked for him for many years. It's not often that you end up with an employer who makes you feel like part of his family and he did just that with me, and I know he did that with all of us in the office. We will miss him dearly.

Diane and Michael...sending love and hugs your way. So sorry to hear about your Dad and Grandpa. I once heard a story that has stuck with me over the years so want to share...I was told that when someone passes there are actually 3 deaths...the 1st when the last breath is taken, the 2nd when the body is committed to earth or ash and the 3rd when nothing is spoken...so keep him alive in conversation, memories and his legacy. From reading his obituary he sounded like a pretty remarkable man who has left his mark on many. Thinking of you and your family.
