Michael Leonard Carrier of Kendall was called home to the Lord while surrounded by family on Saturday, June 15, 2024 in Orlando, FL. The only child of Ann Carrier (neè Dunitz) and John Carrier, Michael was born on August 26, 1955. Raised in Miami, FL, he graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in 1973. After working several years as a store manager for Winn-Dixie and as a district manager for Party City, he found joy in his second act as a realtor. He was an involved parishioner at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Miami, where he regularly volunteered in different ministries and was active with the Knights of Columbus. You would find Mike at his happiest catching some sun while drinking a frozen margarita, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Elizabeth “Betsy” Carrier, their two children, Stephanie (Carlos) Camara and Michael (Gabriela) Carrier, two grandchildren, Madeleine and James, and three beloved dogs Charlie, Rudy, and Penny.
