February 19, 1940 - February 14, 2023
Mike Caro was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather during his incredible 82 years. He is survived by his wife Fay, married 62 years, 2 children, Michelle and Michael, 3 brothers, Joe, Ray, and George, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all respective family members.
He attended Little River Jr. High school, served on the 9th grade Student Council, member on the football, volleyball, and basketball teams. Graduated 1958 from Miami Technical High School, (Electrical Construction) Miami Florida, and member of the Student Council and the Science Club. He worked out of the Local IBEW #349 Electricians Union for 62 years, and Journeyman Electrician for 54 years. Some of his greatest joys included spending time with his family, church activities, sports, science, understanding finances, reading, board games, learning to use a computer, iPhone, cruising, and traveling worldwide with his wife Fay. He was an avid and skilled ping-pong player who took great pride in introducing and teaching his children and grandchildren the sport.
Although Mike will be greatly missed, his legacy of integrity, strong character, and conviction to have a positive impact on those he met will live on.
