Mary Calley Brown Obituary
Brown, Mary Calley, 87, passed away on June 16, 2014. Bom in Aflanta, Georgia. She moved to
Miami in 1935. She was a teacher and counselor in the Dade County Public Schools, for 16
years. She received her Bachelor degree from FSU and her Masters degree from NYU. She was
an active member of the Everglades Porcelain Artists and the Miami Edison High School Over
the Hill Gang. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Mary Kathryn Brown, brother-in-law,
David Watson, nephews, Bill Watson and David Watson, JR, and many cherished friends.
Visitation from 10 AM - 12 Noon on Friday June 20, 2014. Service immediately following at Funeraria Latina Emmanuel at 14990 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami, Florida. Arrangements by Van Orsdel Family Funeral Chapels.
