I worked with Marty many years at U.S. Probation. He was a great guy and helpful to everyone he met. Even after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s he never lost his sense of humor. Once when he was in the beginning stages of the disease we were having coffee at the Hollywood office and he dropped his hot coffee cup on the floor splashing hot coffee on me. Marty spoke right up and said the next coffee would be on him. We laughed and laughed. He never lost his sense of humor or caring for other people. He will be greatly missed. William Salinas
