Martha Morton Appenzeller's Obituary
Martha M. Appenzeller
Born in Miami, Florida
March 3, 1930-January 4, 2021
My mother was a role model like no other. She was kind but direct in her expectations. She was gracious and respectful always. Martha loved the outdoors, fishing, swimming and boating in Miami and Key Largo. Mom, a retired art teacher in Miami, had so much fun that I followed in her footsteps and became a teacher also. As an art lover she traveled the world to experience the art firsthand. Vincent Van Gogh was her favorite. Family was always a priority and most holidays were hosted in her South Miami home of 65 years.
Mom had a sharp mind and quick wit up until the last days of her 91 years.
She is survived by her daughter Ann W. Wheeler and grandchildren, Christian M. Revak, Harry R. Wheeler IV and Tracey E. Wheeler.
