Marin Wilson Gualandi
October 21, 2005 – October 20, 2022
Marin Gualandi, 16, of Miami, FL, passed early Thursday morning October 20 th , 2022 at Nicklaus
Children’s Hospital, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Marin was a rock star in every sense of the word, tackling her cancer head on the entire time she was fighting. Marin studied musical theater at New World School for The Arts and thrived being on the stage performing at school and on the stage at Miami Children’s Theater, her happy place. She performed in over 50 shows at MCT with her final performance being 42 nd Street alongside her beloved brother, Kiernan. Marin lived her life to the fullest and she would light up the room when she walked in the door and even when she was sick would never show it. Her strength and ability to persevere through the toughest times will be missed, along with her sassy attitude, and her snarky sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Margaret & Dennis Giordano, and her grandfather Michael Gualandi. She is survived by her parents Michael and Nicole, and brother, Kiernan Gualandi of Miami, FL; her grandmother Patricia K Gualandi of Yalaha, FL; her Aunt & Uncle Sandra & Tim Vietri of Saunderstown, RI; her Aunt & Uncle Kimberly & Kevin McBride of Quaker Hill, CT; her Uncle & Aunt Paul & Kim Giordano of North Kingstown, RI; her Aunt & Uncle Tammy(TeeTee) and Steven Camerino of Yalaha, FL; her Uncle & Aunt Mark & Michelle Gualandi of Milford, PA; her Cousins Devin, Cameron, Noah Vietri of RI; her Cousins Sean & Erin McBride of CT; Her Cousins Danin & Morgan Giordano of RI; Her cousin Adam Camerino of FL; and her cousins Paige & Gino of PA.
