MARILYN WOOD BUTLER

Marilyn's passing deeply saddens our family, yet we are incredibly grateful for our time together. Marilyn was more than a dear friend—she was family, bringing warmth, wisdom, and kindness into every moment we shared.

We especially want to express how much she meant to Nancy. Though Nancy cannot write this message personally, we know she would want to share just how much Marilyn's friendship has meant over the years. Their bond was unique, filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Marilyn's family. May Marilyn be comforted in the love and legacy she leaves behind.

I first knew Marilyn in 10th Grade, 1961.
Her smile, her quick laugh, her sharp mind made her fun to be with. We shared many things at Gables High School: Co-Ed’s, English Class, and many mutual friends.
Frank first knew her in 6th Grade, 1957. They were next door neighbors on Daroco Avenue.
Marilyn, to Frank and me, always embodied a joie de vivre. Her approach to life, even when things were going poorly, was positive.
Marilyn has always been a roll model for me. Today, more than ever.
We will miss her very much.
