MARIE MADELAINE EVELINE HYPPOLITE's Obituary
Marie Madelaine Eveline Hyppolite was born in Haiti on July 22nd, 1937. She grew-up in Port-au-Prince , daughter of Clara Mevs and father Herbert Hyppolite. Eveline lovingly known as Vivi, was married to Guy Beaufils with whom she had three children, Richard, Guylene, and Natacha. While living in New York she opened her beauty parlor and had a thriving business. Her hobbies included painting , singing, sewing and cooking delicious Haitian meals. She loved to entertain her friends, and had weekly friend and family gatherings . Vivi was a generous individual, who would distribute food to the poor, whenever possible. To her friends and to most she was also known as “La Joie de Vivre”.
