In Loving Memory
Maria Elena Martinez, 54, of Miami, FL, born on March 13, 1960, lost her courageous battle with terminal illness on February 9, 2015. Maria was known lovingly as “Mari”. Mari was a bright light in our lives who inspired us with her strength and perseverance.
Mari was predeceased by her beloved mother, Norma. She is survived by her loving spouse, Patria, her brother and sister, Steve and Marlene, her cherished nieces and nephews, Michael, Elizabeth, Tiffany and Tyler, her aunts Sylvia and Sara, her sister-in-law, Mina, brother-in-law, Mike, and many cousins and friends.
Visitation and Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 7- 9pm at Van Orsdel Kendall Chapel, 11240 Southwest 88th Street, Miami, FL. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 7377 SW 64 Street, Miami, FL with burial to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 Northwest 25th Street, Miami, FL
Mari will be greatly missed, remembered and loved forever in our hearts.
