Manuel A Ramirez's Obituary
Manuel A. Ramirez (Manny) of Miami, Florida passed away Monday, September 19th, 2022.
Manny was born in Anasco, Puerto Rico on August 21, 1936. He moved to Manhattan, New York when he was 10.
He was trained as a machinist before being drafted in 1960. He was station in Georgia and later in Texas where he became a medic. He remained in the army till 1960. He worked as a paramedic, EMT, and ambulance driver for Randal Eastern/ AMR for over 33 years.
Manny married his wife, Josephine, in 1978. He is survived by his wife, Jo, 2 sisters, Terry and Elva, and 1 brother ,Will ,plus their large families.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 22th from 4 to 10:00 at Van Orsdel 11220 North Kendal Drive.
In lieu of flowers donations are requested in his name to Cat Network, Miami Dade Animal Services, or Vitas Healthcare.
