She was thrilled to have visited Israel 10 years ago, traveling there with her husband, son, mother and mother-in-law, as well as her aunt and uncle, Lucy and Mauricio Lindo. She was a devout Catholic and worshipper of Mary and most enjoyed visiting the many Marian Apparition sites in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, as well as the House of Mary by Ephesus, Turkey, the site where it is believed the Apostle John built the final home of the Virgin Mary.
Her family paid tribute to her: “She was one of the kindest people you could ever meet; she opened her heart and soul to any struggling person that needed a shoulder to cry on. She will be sorely missed by many.”
She is survived and prayed for by her husband, Lincoln; son, Matthew; mother, Edilma; brother, Ramiro; sisters, Patricia and Clara and her many extended family members and friends here and in Colombia.
