Luis Antonio Mejias' Obituary
Luis A. Mejias, of Miami, FL, passed away suddenly on January 5, 2020. Luis was born on June 30, 1940 in Quebradillas, PR. He and his wife, Marina (Maldonado), celebrated 56 years of marriage on August 31, 1963. Luis is survived by his loving wife, Marina; daughter, Yvonne; daughter, Sabrina, and her husband, John Simonof; granddaughter, Maryn, and her husband, Jason Mewborn; granddaughter, Kiley, and her fiancé, Patrick Koch; as well as several siblings, nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date, to be determined. The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in his honor.
