JOHNNIDES
Louise, 100, passed away July 29, 2014. Resident of Pompano Beach 2010 – 2014. Formerly of Coral Gables. Resided in Montego Bay, Jamaica from 1958 – 1978. After leaving Great Neck, NY with her late husband of 50 years, George. Louise was born March 15, 1914 in Dybrovnik, Croatia, Luigia Legaz. She left her homeland for NY at age 16, where she later met and married her husband George. Survived by sons George R. (Sharon) of Coral Gables and Victor (Joyce) of Jacksonville, six grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Johnnides, Michael Johnnides, Dr. Stephanie Johnnides, George A. Johnnides, Alexandra Johnnides and Janine Guillen. Six great grandchildren, Caitlin and Christopher, twins Penelope and Olivia, Erica and John Guillen. Private Family Service will be held August 1, 2014 at Woodlawn South.
