I met Lazaro at a Community Association Officers Forum (CAOF) in 2017 and he eventually gave a two-hour lecture on "Association Responsibilities" at our little 32-unit condominium community in Naples, FL in 2018.
What a gentleman to do that lecture, and we saw how humorous he was after the lecture as we jumped into the refreshments at the Clubhouse. My wife promised to wrap up a ditty bag of sandwiches et al for him to take back to Ft. Myers, and as he got ready to drive north he yelled to my wife, "Hey, Susan, where's my lunch bag!"
Lazaro was most courteous and understanding and is missed at CAOF meetings, and I suspect, missed in many other places as well.
