I'll never forget how much Joseph made me laugh with his stories and sarcastic comments during Nikki's quinces cruise. He and I also bonded over the amazing cruise food, making sure that we all would order different dishes so we could all try a little bit of everything on the menu. One of my favorite memories from that trip was watching Joseph try to waltz with Nikki in her big quinces dress on the cruise stage. He wasn't all that into it at first during rehearsals (some would say grumpy), but eventually got sentimental when the actual quinces celebration happened. Whenever I visited Nikki during our middle & highschool days, he was always very attentive and sweet - unless something pissed him off, which was entertaining to watch sometimes lol! He also made a THE BEST spaghetti sauce ever. I am grateful to have met Joseph through my best friend and I will remember him fondly forever.
