Josefina Randal-Jaffe's Obituary
Josefina Teves Randal-Jaffe, 85, went to heaven on May 27, 2022. She was
the youngest of 13 children, born in Quiapo Manila, Philippines in the spring of
1937. She is preceded in death by her parents Milagros Montenegro-Teves and
Governor Serafin Lajato Teves of Dumaguete and Bais City.
Josefina graduated High School from Assumption Convent in Manila,
Philippines. She attended Secretarial School at Philippine Women’s University,
earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines, and is
an alumni of the School of Music at Belford University.
Josefina traveled the world with her late husband, Sheldon Carter Randal,
loving and adventurous father of David, Brigitte, and Bradford.
She is also survived by her adoring husband, Bart Jaffe of 16 years, her brother
Monching Teves, her grandchildren: Sheldon, Casandra, Ariana, Jake, Kelsey,
Kelly, Natalie, Valeria, and Brandi, five great-grandchildren, devoted cousins,
nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Richards Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 30th 2022, to be immediately followed by a reception in the church hall.
