John M. 62, died unexpectedly January 17th. He was born on Miami Beach and always lived in Miami and Coral Gables. He graduated from Coral Gables High School in 1967 and from the University of Miami. He was formerly a teacher with the Dade County Public Schools. He was currently an employee of the Coral Gables Youth Center, where he had worked off and on for over 40 years. Survivors include twin brother, Bill Wisdom, of Salisbury, NC, cousins Preston L. Prevatt and family and the Deakin family and many lifelong friends. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES, 4600 S.W. 8TH ST. In lieu of flowers memorial can be made to Alzheimer’s Assn. or the Melanoma Research Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
