JOHN VATCHIAL STEVENS JR.'s Obituary
STEVENS JR., John V., age 84 of Homestead, FL passed away the night of 11/19/2017 in his sleep. John was born in Homestead, FL on 5/20/1933. After serving in the U.S.M.C., John started Stevens Propane and ran that until meeting his wife Elaine. Then he started a small farm and a new business called Funtastic Pony Party before retiring in June 2001. John is survived by his wife, Elaine, his brother David (Betty) Stevens, his children Jessica, Mike, Rose and Michael, and his grandchildren John McGorty, Cheyenne McGorty, Miles Vecchio, Daniell and Isa Zimmerman and Ashley Holmes. Visitation will be Monday, 11/27/2017 at 11AM-1PM with a service at 12:30PM at Van Orsdel Kendall Chapel. Interment to follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery.
