John Francis, was the son of Maurice and Eleanor Rice. Known as Jack, he was born November 30, 1933 in Kingston, NY and passed away on March 10, 2016. A long time land surveyor in Miami and New York City, he enjoyed reminiscing how much he had seen Miami change. Jack is survived by M. Paul Rice of Palm City and Mary E. Rice of Miami. Mass of the Resurrection 10 am Monday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 900 SW 26 Road. Burial Woodlawn North.
