Jeff was the beloved son of Marcia (Maurice) Hadler of Miami, Florida and George (Rosemary) Astel of Port Charlotte, Florida; dear brother of Hilary (Steve) Clements; uncle of Kayla and Ashley Clements; nephew to Barbara (Vern) Gros and to Ted Balaban. Memorial donations can be made to the American Kidney Fund.
