CUTHBERT
Sgt. Jay Thomas, 83, passed away March 4, 2013. A veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Navy. He was also a 40 year veteran of the Miami-Dade Police Department. Predeceased by wife Nancy E. Cuthbert. Survived by beloved wife Carolyn, cherished daughter Anne and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations to the Florida Sheriffs Youth Fund. Visitation 7 – 9 pm Thursday and 7 pm Friday until Service time 8 pm at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES CHAPEL.
