JAMES D BELL's Obituary
James “Donald” Bell, 96, passed away on January 3, 2021 with his family by his side.
He was born in Miami on September 7, 1924 to Charlie and Virginia Bell. He served proudly in World War 2 with the United States Marine Corps. He was married to his beloved wife of 62 years, Lucretia Jeanne Bell on Good Friday, April 16, 1954 at Shenandoah Presbyterian Church.
Donald had a strong love for his family, friends and community. He worked long hours as a Dental Technician for 35 years to provide for his family. He and his wife also coached baseball and softball at the Flagami Khoury League in the 60's and 70's and ran a small business of Christmas tree stands, Flea Market Shoppes, a plant nursery and Fireworks stands.
He was preceded by his wife Jeanne Bell, his son Timothy Bell and survived by his Daughter Donna, Son Shaun, 4 grandchildren, Donnie, Ben, Melissa and Shaun and 2 Great Grandchildren Hunter and Kyla.
A Graveside service will be held at Flagler Memorial Cemetery in Miami, on Saturday January 16, 2021 at 1:30 PM.
