I extend my deepest condolences to the entire family and loved ones.
I met Jack a few years ago when I started working at Nikki Beach for the first time. It was during the Cannes Film Festival, and I still remember him sitting with Lucia, both of them wearing the biggest smiles. That moment will stay with me forever. In fact, I don’t think I ever saw Jack without a smile. His joy for life and his passion for celebrating every moment were truly contagious.
What impressed me the most was how, every time he visited a location, he would remember small details about everyone. He genuinely cared about people : their lives, how they felt within the company, their goals, where they came from…
He made each person feel seen and valued.
Having a brief conversation with him during a service was always a pleasure. He had his little jokes and always had a kind word for everyone. He didn’t just create an amazing company, he built a family. The Nikki Beach family and I’m so glad to be part of it. Thank you Jack 🤍
I (Christine Smith) worked for Jack at Penrods on the Beach in Ft Lauderdale and Miami Beach, I believe from 1982 til 1989. He had a kind soul and always treated his employees with respect. I enjoyed my time working for him and he was a great example how to be a successful business man. My condolences to his family & may he rest in peace🙏

For 16 years, I have been fortunate to grow alongside him and his wonderful wife Lucia, in a company that became a home, surrounded by colleagues who became family. He gave us opportunities, he believed in us, and he led with generosity and grace.
