J. ALAN SMITH's Obituary
J. Alan Smith 86 of Palm Beach, and Miami FL, went to heaven on May 8, 2017.
Alan was born in Baltimore MD, and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a proud member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Alan served in the US Army Core of Engineers where he ascended to the rank of Colonel. He was injured in Vietnam and nominated for a Purple Heart Medal.
He is survived by his beloved “sweetheart” Glenda, his children, and grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Van Orsdel Kendall from 10 AM – 11 AM on May 27, 2017 followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church at 12 Noon.
